The 15 steps from conception to preparing a site ready for development:

Complete land registry deed and financial transfer

Instruct topographic survey team and receive drawings

Instruct architects to draft build drawings and specifications

Submit drawings, specifications and fees to the planning application dept.

Secure planning permission or oversee suggested amendments for consent

Issue approved drawings to the structural engineers for calculations & comment
